“The album is done, I mean totally done” as Alice says in this AZCentral interview. Alice talks a bit about his new album titled “Detroit Stories”. Now I don’t know if that is the official title but that is what Alice is calling it now. He was saying the album is complete but every now & then Producer Bob Ezrin would call up and have Alice go over a part of a song. Alice has been recording in his home studio called Paradise Valley which was put together by his son-in-law Diego who’s an engineer. Alice says it features contributions by Michigan musicians like MC5 Wayne Kramer, Grand Funk Railroad Mark Farner and Johnny “Bee” Badanjek of Mitch Ryder and The Detroit Wheels.
