2006, TV Guide

The week of July 10-16 in 2006, Alice Cooper makes a cameo appearance in tv series Monk.

TV Guide has changed their format from a digest version to a magazine size format.

I personally miss the digest version.

2000, TV Guide

The week of April 8 - 14 in 2000 TV Guide appeared ROCKSTORY on VH1.
Unfortunately when I tuned in on Wednesday at 10pm to watch it something else was on instead.
VH1 didn't give any reason why they switched the schedule.
Much later I did see it when VH1 did a marathon of  ROCKSTORY.

1981, Rock and Roll The First 25 Years

I recently purchased these 4x6 color set photos from ebay.

Dealer says these are taken from 3rd row at “Celebrating 25 Years of Rock N Roll” TV 

taping concert at The Country Club in Reseda, California. 

I do know Sept of ‘81 there was a TV documentary titled “Rock and Roll The First 25 Years.”

They are good photos and have to admit Alice was a lot scarier w/ this make up.

1977, Circus, Snake Auditions

Alice is conducting auditions for a new snake.

The article makes an error saying that Yvonee was on the Killer cover album. 

When it actually was Kachina who was the pet of original drummer Neal Smith.

Yvonee was in The School's Out Tour 1972.

They note besides Flo & Eddie (former Turtles band) as part of the judging panel. 

They were Alice's back up vocals for a longtime. Jaye P. Morgan who was known for her popularity on The Gong Show. Safari Arnie appeared on a show called Elementary News
who's an expert on snakes, lizards etc... From what I can gather through the internet.

Angel the winning snake appeared in The King of The Silver Screen Tour promoting 

Alice's Lace & Whiskey album.

1978, miscellaneous Sober articles

Here are 2 articles about Alice's sobriety.
The small article on left I am not sure where I got it. Notice this pic of Alice looks like the time he was filming Sgt Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band movie.
The longer article I am almost certain it came from the Boston Herald since that's the newspaper
I usually read during those days.

misc. People issue

This was from a People magazine but I don't have the date. 

If I was to guess it must be in the early 80's.

I remember it was an issue of High School photos of famous people. 

We have seen this picture a number of times.

It's usually Vince (pre-Alice) standing along side his cross country teammates.

1990(?) Michael Bruce interview

I actually printed out this interview w/ Michael Bruce back during the "SickThings" Yahoo Group in 1996. During this time we haven't heard much about Michael Bruce.
The person who posted this went by the SickThings moniker as Dragoness. I did a search and tried to email them only to get a "no one by this email" response. Well this is from '96 so a lot of us have changed email addresses a number of times. I guess if you do a SickThings archive search you might be able to find it.

They mention it was around 1990 a year after the release of Prime Cuts.
