I happened to just come across this facebook page
of this gentleman named Michael Crosby putting out a book on Alice Cooper's return in 1986
titled "The Nightmare Returns"
Possible publication release is September 2016.
His facebook "about" section reads: This is the official page for the forthcoming book THE NIGHTMARE RETURNS by Michael Crosby. A celebration of the period 1986-88.
Looking through the facebook Michael has contacted a number of the past Cooper band members
from 1986 - 88. He seems to have a lot of contact with Ken Mary who is one of my favorite
drummers of those tours.
This seems like an interesting book to look forward to next year.
