1991, Hey Stoopid / It Rained All Night, cassette single

I actually got this for the B side which was a previously unreleased song
titled "It Rained All Night".
It seems to be a left over from the TRASH recordings since I notice the writing credits are
Alice Cooper and Desmond Child who produced TRASH a year ago.
I thought "It Rained All Night" was a better song than some of the ones on TRASH.

Spine and Back cover of cassette

Unlike the "Poison" single this tape has one song on each side.
"Hey Stoopid" included Ozzy Osbourne on vocals.

Noted as previously unreleased
"It Rained All Night" later appears on another Best of type
released in 1998 titled Freedom For Frankenstein: Hits & Pieces 1984 - 1991 CD.

1991, Love's A Loaded Gun / Fire 45RPM

From Alice's next album HEY STOOPID which I thought was much better than TRASH.
Like TRASH this album also has a load of guest musicians.

Alice releases "Love's A Loaded Gun" and B side Jimi Hendrix "Fire" which wasn't
on HEY STOOPID that later appeared on CLASSICKS CD in 1995.

Alice covers a Jimi Hendrix song "Fire"
which later appears on a 1995 Best of release
titled CLASSICKS.

1989, Poison Cassette Single

I received this tape as an extra Christmas gift.

Spine and Front cover of cassette.
This has a different photo of Alice than
the TRASH album cover. Plus it's in black & white.

Spine and Back cover of cassette

Side 1 includes both songs
POISON • TRASH

Side 2 includes both songs
POISON • TRASH

To tell the truth I always liked TRASH more than POISON
I think it rocked more.

1989, Poison, Maxi Single - 45RPM

This Maxi Single 45RPM is the size of an album but is a speed of 45rpm.
"Poison" single on side one and on side 2 includes 2 live tracks.

Front cover sleeve.
Same photo that is on the TRASH  album cover.
I still have the price label on the front that was too sticky to remove
w/out damage. It was dated 9/19/89 for $6.99. They wrote "Bin" to
say where I retrieved the record from in the record store.

Back cover

Side 1: POISON

Side 2:
1. BALLAD OF DWIGHT FRY
2. COLD ETHYL
Both live tracks from 1987 Cincinnati Gardens
that was broadcast on American radio as the Superstars in Concert series.

1988, Limited Snakeskin Edition

A U.K. important that I purchased at a Record Collectible event at least over 10 years ago.
"Raise Your Fist And Yell" is the last album w/ Kane Roberts. I wish he stuck around for a few more albums.

"Freedom" single from "Raise Your Fist And Yell" album. It's the size of an LP
but at 45RPM speed. Other Side has "School's Out" Live '87 and "Time To Kill"
Corner label reads  "STRICKLY LIMITED EDITION SNAKESKIN BAG"
Not really snakeskin but vinyl w/ snakeskin texture.

1980, Best of CREEM issue

I purchased this issue at a collectible show some time ago. It had sections cut out but it
included a lot bands I that I was interested in.
There wasn't much on Alice Cooper in this issue.

Cover of The Best Of Creem, Fall 1980

Inside cover shows a number of past Creem covers.
Alice Cooper on the top row.

It's funny on this caption they call him "Vince"

Another list of Creem covers from 1973
that Alice appears on at the bottom page.

1978, The Best of Rock Scene

Taking a break from the 45rpms I came across an old 1978 issue of Rock Scene
Special Collector's Edition, No. 1 titled The Best of Rock Scene.
This is a collection of articles that go far back as 1973.
Unfortunately when I did purchase this issue in '78 I cut out the Alice article
but kept the issue because it had plenty of information of other artists.
Hey! I was young & stupid. Now I'm older and just as dumb.

Special Collector's Edition, The Best of Rock Scene, No. 1

Pg. 1, Rick Derringer's new album titled
"If I Weren't So Romantic, I'd Shoot You"
that is actually written by Alice Cooper and Bernie Taupin.
This was during Alice's "From The Inside" album.
I did a review of Derringer album on my evenspot.com
under Collaboration

Pg 6, The Rock Scene Years
Starting in 1973

Pg 7, 1975 and 1976

Pg 47, continued from pg 7

Pg 27, titled Scrapbook
a collection of photos from different parties and events.

pg 44, 1973, article
Alice Cooper In The Deep South

pg 45,
A little side note here:
I remember seeing this photo of Alice on a police drama TV series
and almost positive it was "Hill Street Blues"
it was a poster about drugs.
That was the start of the scene after the commercial.
The camera starts on the poster which is in the hallway of the precinct
then zooms out from the poster and goes into one of the rooms.
It just stuck w/ me all this time.
